One of the ways to help you prevent or, if not, reduce the occurrence of stretch marks is to keep your skin moisturized from the start of your pregnancy. It is important to take care of your skin as well after giving birth, especially if you begin to lose weight as stretch marks can appear at this time as well.
Getting rid of pregnancy acne
Due to hormonal changes in your body, you can be prone to developing acne also during pregnancy. One thing you can do to be pregnant and beautiful and the same time is to exfoliate and use moisturizers if you are also dealing with dry skin. However, it is also important to keep away from harsh ingredients and products such as salicylic acid, which is common in treating acne. If you are not sure about the products that are safe for your pregnancy, you have to consult your doctor for some advice on which is safe.
